About these notes

This is a working notebook rather than a business website. I clean windows around Ruthin and the Vale of Clwyd, mostly domestic, some small commercial, and these are the notes I would have found useful when I started.

There is a lot of confident nonsense written about this trade, particularly about equipment. Most of it comes from people selling the equipment. What is written here comes from doing the work in North Wales weather on North Wales housing stock, which is a narrower claim but a more honest one.

Nothing here is advice for your situation. Conditions differ, buildings differ, and you are the person standing at the bottom of the ladder deciding whether to go up it.
